We are incredibly proud of P7 Killowen Primary School pupil Maria Girut who brought home bronze from the British Ice Skating Championships. Maria won bronze for the prestigious British Solo Ice Skating Dance Championship 2025 in the Juvenile Category.
Maria's dedication and her coaches Maria Filippov, Phil Walsh, Stuart Angus hard work and passion for ice dance have paid off as she glided her way to the podium, representing Belfast and Dundonald International Ice Skating club with grace and skill.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to her and coaches talent and perseverance in a highly competitive sport.
