Primary 2 had a great day in Mount Stewart this week. The sun shone and there were happy faces! They learnt about Lady Mairi Bury and the mischief she got up to around the big house. They visited the old school room, wrote on slates and learnt about the dunce’s hat and they had super fun in the courtyard playing with the old toys such as the hobby horse, hoop and stick and skipping ropes.
